What you'll do

• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, and flooring work
• repair or replace safety hazards and general hardware
• assemble furniture and equipment
• estimate materials and service costs
• clear debris
• visit multiple job sites and submit work-order paperwork
• use work-order software and mobile devices
• follow safety guidelines and applicable codes
• provide courteous client service.
