What you'll do

• Own, manage, and grow an existing book of business
• originate and close Private Lending, BPL, and DSCR loans nationally
• develop investor relationships and structure deals
• convert company-provided leads into incremental production
• use technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals
• coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, and Capital Markets
• generate repeat and referral business
• attend industry events and investor meetups and travel to conventions and conferences.
