What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and customer emails
• handle account maintenance requests, product and rate questions, and simple troubleshooting
• make product recommendations or refer customers to bank resources
• return voicemails by end of day
• collaborate with Compliance on potentially fraudulent activity
• complete required compliance and IT training.
