The Interim Head of Enterprise Infrastructure & Workplace Technology role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with travel to Amarillo/Matador as needed. Compensation is not specified. The role leads Fermi America’s enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology function and partners with its Industrial & Site Technology lead. This hands-on technology leader builds and operates reliable infrastructure and workplace services while guiding a small internal team and managing service providers. The role establishes operational standards and supports connectivity, security, and technology handoffs across enterprise and site environments.

What you'll do

• Lead the enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology function
• manage and develop the Enterprise Infrastructure Lead
• design, deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and implement cloud infrastructure, networks, connectivity, and technology services
• oversee endpoints, device management, Microsoft 365, meeting-room technology, onboarding and offboarding, and support
• operate identity platforms and administer access with cybersecurity
• establish standards for documentation, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, asset lifecycle, and support processes
• manage MSPs and vendors
• and partner with the Industrial & Site Technology lead on Matador connectivity, shared standards, construction-to-commissioning requirements, and operational handoffs.
