What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians
• analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• train parents and caregivers
• collaborate with therapists, educators, physicians, and other providers
• maintain compliant clinical documentation
• and participate in clinical meetings, quality assurance, and professional development.
