What you'll do

• Provide FANS assessments, peer support, and advocacy to families not enrolled in Medicaid
• encourage participation in educational events and community and wraparound services
• represent AspireHope NY at county collaboratives
• conduct outreach to agencies and businesses
• complete paperwork and data entry
• apply for the provisional Family Peer Advocate credential at hire and complete the professional credential after 1,000 employment hours.
