GMP Manufacturing Cleaning Technician

Job overview

The GMP Manufacturing Cleaning Technician role is onsite in Huntsville, AL, part-time at approximately 20 hours per week; the shift is to be determined. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports IMMUNON’s Biotech Laboratory Facilities and its contamination-control program for compliant manufacturing operations. The technician maintains cleanrooms and other controlled spaces through scheduled cleaning, disinfection, and accurate documentation. This work helps preserve controlled conditions, support inspection readiness, and protect product quality and personnel safety.

What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect manufacturing rooms, cleanrooms, gowning areas, airlocks, corridors, and designated support spaces according to approved procedures
• prepare and handle approved cleaning agents
• use designated cleanroom supplies to prevent cross-contamination
• follow gowning and material-transfer requirements
• complete cleaning records accurately and contemporaneously
• manage routine waste when trained and authorized
• report deviations and safety or quality concerns
• coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Facilities, and EHS
• support inspection readiness
• and monitor cleaning supply inventory.
