What you'll do

• Oversee STEM laboratory operations across disciplines
• manage budgets, equipment, supplies, facilities, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• supervise and develop laboratory staff and student employees
• collaborate with faculty and academic leaders on curriculum, instruction, and resource planning
• evaluate technologies and instructional practices
• support student engagement through lab instruction, research, and applied learning
• teach assigned STEM courses based on qualifications and institutional needs
• work at both campuses and may travel between them.
