What you'll do

• Lead structural engineering projects and client accounts
• oversee design teams and technical delivery
• develop relationships with owners, developers, architects, and other clients
• support business development and new project opportunities
• oversee project scope, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
• contribute to forecasting, staffing, workload, and operational planning
• guide project managers and technical staff
• ensure design quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
• participate in proposals, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations
• mentor future technical and business leaders.
