What you'll do

• Lead and coach account managers

• hold monthly account manager reviews and monitor performance against goals
• support documented customer cost savings and pricing programs
• coordinate with credit, purchasing, and customer service
• develop relationships and sales programs
• train sales staff
• analyze and present sales data and industry trends
• support ISO documentation.
