What you'll do

• Maintain the facility inventory management plan
• receive and distribute supplies, floor stock, office supplies, and rental equipment
• maintain adequate inventory and remove excess stock
• conduct physical inventories
• monitor and return outdated supplies
• verify purchase orders and incoming shipments
• follow vendor contracts and policies
• coordinate linen and waste removal
• pull and stock supplies
• distribute special-order items
• maintain records and reports
• communicate shortages, back-orders, recalls, and supply issues
• liaise with vendors and sales representatives
• troubleshoot operating equipment with the contracted biomedical company.
