What you'll do
- Prepare patient care areas and ensure availability of equipment and supplies.
- Demonstrate proper airway management techniques.
- Monitor patients according to policy.
- Exhibit proper technique for IV catheter insertion, maintenance, and removal.
- Perform and document head-to-toe evaluations.
- Check dressings and operative sites.
- Provide a safe and comforting environment.
- Ensure patients meet discharge criteria.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing
- Experience
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in PACU, ICU or Surgery
