What you'll do

• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
• prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• prepare investment activity journal entries
• maintain policies and procedures for GAAP and regulatory compliance
• analyze accounts receivable
• assist with annual budgets and departmental communications
• manage fixed asset inventory and depreciation schedules
• analyze special projects or new services
• prepare records for external audits
• research payroll laws and regulations
• provide payroll backup and guidance to finance staff.
