What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor compliance and documentation dashboards
• assist with reviews, assessments, and incident reporting
• guide and train caregivers in line with state regulations and the Nurse Practice Act
• collect lab samples and follow up on results
• record vital signs and report changes
• use medical equipment as permitted
• support resident assistants with personal care
• monitor electronic medication administration records
• participate in in-service programs
• uphold HIPAA and applicable regulations.
