What you'll do

• Lead daily kitchen operations
• oversee food preparation, station assignments, production, and readiness
• assist with seasonal menus, recipes, specials, and culinary offerings
• supervise, coach, and develop team members
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• help manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and production
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Why this role
