What you'll do

• Lead asset strategy and performance management across multifamily and mixed-use assets
• partner with Property Management on budgets, capital plans, and business plans
• review performance and drive revenue, occupancy, cash flow, and NOI initiatives
• prepare forecasts and ownership reporting
• evaluate capital investments
• support acquisitions, stabilization, refinancing, leasing, tax strategy, ESG initiatives, and dispositions.
