What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert on 340B regulations and align policies with clinical pharmacy workflows
• review EHR documentation and provider status to validate patient and prescription eligibility
• lead internal audits and direct responses to external HRSA or manufacturer audits
• monitor Medicaid billing to prevent duplicate discounts
• oversee inventory replenishment
• analyze dispensing and purchasing data
• manage wholesaler, manufacturer, and contract pharmacy relationships
• maintain split-billing and TPA software configurations. May serve as a dispensing pharmacist from time to time, if applicable.

Why this role
