The work contributes to player development through coordinated training and ongoing assessment.

What you'll do

• Implement and supervise strength and conditioning protocols
• prescribe and teach individualized athletic development programs based on ongoing physical assessments
• execute weight-room programs for strength, power, and speed
• lead daily movement preparation and warm-ups
• collaborate with player development staff
• prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• facilitate aspects of the Sport Science program
• participate in off-season camps.
