What you'll do

• Supervise service technicians, groundskeepers, and/or janitorial staff
• comply with company policies, laws, and budget requirements
• provide resident service and complete work orders
• maintain grounds, lawns, and buildings
• organize repair supplies
• perform repairs involving locks, lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, doors, plumbing, drywall, and paint
• coordinate unit turnovers and inspect completed work
• respond to resident emergencies as required.
