The Property Damage Cleaning Crew Member role is full-time and onsite in Eugene, OR. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications. ServiceMaster Restore helps communities recover and restore normalcy after water, fire, smoke, biohazard, and other disasters. The crew member cleans, packs, and moves customer belongings and helps restore structures affected by fire or smoke. The role follows company processes, documents job activity, and supports quality control while working in physically demanding, time-sensitive environments.

What you'll do

• Clean, pack, and move customer belongings
• perform detailed cleaning and laundering
• handle fire and smoke damage remediation, including pack-out and disposal of unsalvageable items
• occasionally assist with cleaning and demolition
• perform other cleaning tasks as needed
• document job activities
• report equipment or customer issues
• follow company processes and quality controls
• participate in an on-call rotation and potential weekend or overtime shifts.
