The position partners with Finance, IT, attorneys, and operational leaders, and may take on responsibility for mentoring Finance team members as the role evolves.

What you'll do

• Improve manual and inefficient Finance processes
• lead projects through implementation
• develop scalable workflows using automation, AI, SQL, Python, Power BI, and other technologies
• modernize KPI reporting and dashboards
• improve budgeting and forecasting
• support profitability analysis and financial decision-making
• coordinate cross-functional initiatives and mentor Finance team members as the role evolves.
