What you'll do

• Lead and supervise Access Control Officers on assigned shifts
• ensure officers are deployed, trained, and supported
• monitor compliance with company policies and site protocols
• act as onsite leader when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable
• address shift-level access, scheduling, and workforce issues
• verify attendance and time records
• coach officers
• communicate with customer representatives
• maintain attendance, incident, and access records
• check equipment and technology
• coordinate shift coverage.
