Staff Product Test Engineer — Production Reliability

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on technical support for PCBA and RF/microwave products during production
• lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of yield losses, test failures, and product deviations
• debug digital logic, embedded systems, and mixed-signal interfaces
• support low-rate initial production and transition to consistent production
• review designs and drawings
• perform applied engineering work with the Test Equipment group
• influence design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test practices
• improve processes, yields, and throughput
• and investigate failures and implement containment and corrective actions.
