The Managed Payroll Team Lead — Elevate Solutions Team role is onsite in Lake Mary, FL, with an annual base pay range of $53,600–$85,100. The position is 100% in-office, five days per week. The team lead supervises approximately 6–10 Account Managers and coordinates workload, performance, learning, and client assignments. The role also handles escalated client issues, identifies process improvements, and uses metrics and reporting to strengthen service quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Monitor team and individual performance using metrics and reporting
• coach, train, and mentor Account Managers
• act as a first-level escalation point and engage directly with clients to resolve issues
• coordinate workload and client assignments
• lead cross-team operational improvements
• provide clients guidance on HR and payroll best practices and product fit
• support product implementation and optimization.
