Service Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Service top-of-rail and gauge-face lubricator units to specified guidelines
• perform lubrication service programs for railroad customers
• manage maintenance-vehicle inventory
• plan and schedule work
• process work orders, delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns
• resolve problems proactively
• build customer and supplier relationships
• coordinate with Sales to meet customer expectations.
