The Shift Lead / Manager on Duty – Part-Time Bakery role is onsite in Whitestown, IN, with compensation of $16 per hour. The role works alongside the Bakery Manager and team to create high-quality cakes and a welcoming guest experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes. The Shift Lead helps coordinate daily bakery operations, support team members, and uphold product, service, presentation, and food-safety standards. The position contributes to consistent guest service and effective bakery operations, including opening and closing tasks when needed.

What you'll do

• Model guest engagement and foster a positive work environment
• partner with the Bakery Manager and other Shift Leads on guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control
• support recruiting, selection, training, work direction, feedback, and coaching
• uphold product, service, bakery environment, visual merchandising, food and health safety, and company standards
• help open and close the bakery, balance cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
