What you'll do

• Supervise care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff
• coordinate nursing care on the unit
• provide safe medication-related interventions
• transcribe and coordinate physician orders
• assess resident health status and report changes to physicians
• implement and document new orders
• develop and implement nursing care plans
• select interventions to stabilize residents or prevent complications
• contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
