As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that enhance residents' quality of life and independence.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions.
• Educate residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor residents’ progress and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree

Experience

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
