What you'll do

• Administer medications on the assigned unit according to established procedures
• record entries on the Medication Administration Record
• use resident photo identification before administering medications or fluids as needed
• report accidents and incidents during the shift
• use facility-authorized abbreviations
• promptly report resident condition changes to the Charge Nurse.
