Onsite IT Technician

What you'll do

• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, cabling, and peripherals
• troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• diagnose and repair Microsoft operating systems and applications
• support workstation upgrades and deployments
• remove malware and viruses
• identify potential issues and recommend remediation
• document transactions and repairs
• and assist clients remotely by phone and RMM tool.
