What you'll do

• Lead the trading team’s financial optimization of battery storage projects within an ISO
• improve load and price forecasting, Day Ahead and Real Time revenue optimization, and team tools
• manage hedge positions, settlements, credit support, and P&L monitoring
• evaluate hedging strategies and contract opportunities
• identify portfolio risks and mitigation or revenue-enhancement strategies
• lead position and P&L reporting
• lead entry into new markets including SPP and PJM
• manage market counterparties and arrangements
• develop trading personnel
• monitor and report market exposures
• analyze and present P&L results to senior management.
