What you'll do

• Set up breakfast and arrange service equipment and furniture
• serve hot and cold breakfast items
• restock dry foods and refill drinks
• assist with coffee preparation and guest questions
• wipe and bus tables
• maintain and break down breakfast stations
• put away dry food after service
• clean surfaces and floors for later service
• rotate into scheduled stewarding duties, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• take out and sanitize trash cans.
