What you'll do

• Support enterprise application users and triage issues
• assist operations teams with application requests
• build knowledge of Dynamics applications and workflows
• test features, enhancements, and fixes
• prepare release notes, job aids, and onboarding materials
• track issues and feedback
• coordinate complex troubleshooting with technical resources
• assist with data review and access validation
• process asset releases by verifying authorization and eligibility, updating records, and coordinating approval.
