What you'll do

• Configure applications for new client environments and upgrades
• build and validate integrations
• document configurations and data flows
• own technical support tickets through reproduction, diagnosis, resolution, and documentation
• analyze data discrepancies and integration failures
• write SQL and XML and apply C# knowledge
• support on-premise and AWS workloads
• contribute to the knowledge base and validate AI-assisted work.
