What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors
• carry out access-control procedures
• monitor entry and exit points
• verify authorization and issue credentials as directed
• maintain access records
• respond to incidents
• conduct patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeters
• and communicate with residents, guests, management, and public-service personnel.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license, at least two years of corrections, law enforcement, military, and/or criminal justice degree experience, CPO certification, one of the listed credentials or education alternatives, high school diploma or equivalent, and age 21 or older. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Saturday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
