Caregiver – Open Availability

Job overview

The Caregiver – Open Availability role is onsite in Glenside, PA, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and case type. Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia provides in-home support to seniors and adults. The caregiver helps clients with personal care, mobility, daily activities, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands while offering companionship and emotional support. The role also promotes client independence and dignity and reports changes or concerns to the office team.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• assist with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and grocery shopping as needed
• report changes or concerns to the office team.
