What you'll do

• Provide personal care as an extension of nursing or therapy services, including bathing and hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, linen changes, range-of-motion assistance, light meal preparation, and patient-related light housekeeping.
• Report patient condition changes to the assigned nurse and follow documentation and care procedures.
