What you'll do

• Review and receive documents as applicable
• prepare documents for scanning according to company and client guidelines
• scan records and verify counts and image quality
• index documents in company systems
• meet daily production goals
• communicate with internal teams and clients
• comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies
• monitor processing queues
• support quality control and reports
• assist with training new team members as assigned.
