What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• provide medication reminders, meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping, and laundry as applicable
• offer companionship and emotional support
• follow care plans
• recognize and report changes in client condition
• complete care documentation
• assist with transportation or appointments when applicable.
