The role also oversees claim assignments, settlement authority, training, performance, litigation coordination, and customer and regulatory inquiries.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct Auto Casualty Unit staff
• review claim files and diaries
• ensure appropriate investigation, documentation, and fair settlement practices
• approve settlements within authority
• improve procedures and service quality
• oversee compliance and training
• coordinate litigation and defense strategy
• manage assignments, performance, reports, unit meetings, and Department of Insurance complaints.
