What you'll do

• Lead legal support for ABS, debt and structured debt, and M&A transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, credit facilities, and third-party contracts
• support IPO readiness and SEC reporting processes
• manage outside counsel
• monitor legal and market developments
• and assist with corporate governance, board and committee preparation, and resolutions.
