What you'll do

• Lead daily concrete crew activities
• communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking team members and translate plans or safety instructions as needed
• execute work according to plans and specifications
• monitor production, safety, and quality
• maintain the jobsite and equipment
• coordinate deliveries and equipment use
• track labor and productivity
• submit daily reports and weekly load lists
• assist with change-order and time-and-material documentation.
