Senior Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, schedule, and support the onsite maintenance team
• train and onboard team members
• coordinate with the Property Manager and onsite management team
• oversee plumbing, appliance, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• manage preventive maintenance and inspections, apartment turnovers, inventory, vendors, expenses, and emergency coverage
• participate in backup on-call coverage when needed.
