Thin Film Technician

What you'll do

• Perform thin-film deposition production
• handle and clean substrates
• conduct spectral and interferometric tests
• support on-time manufacturing operations
• report process discrepancies
• track parts and supplies
• clean and maintain coating machines
• troubleshoot leaks and pump-down times and monitor ion gauges
• maintain process and inspection documentation
• log witness samples and precious-metal usage
• and support engineering work on new coatings and processes.
