Production Associate, Fresh Food Manufacturing

The associate performs routine food preparation, production-line, assembly, and packing work to prepare fresh foods for retail sale. The role helps maintain production flow and product quality by following specifications, food-safety practices, and sanitation procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare, slice, dice, assemble, and process fresh products, raw materials, and snacks
• assist with setup, startup, staging, production, loading, labeling, stacking, sorting, weighing, packaging, and shipping preparation
• participate in changeovers and line washdowns
• sanitize workspaces
• assist with inventory counts
• follow GMPs and USDA requirements
• use required PPE and safe work practices
• inspect finished products for specification conformity and label integrity
• keep production areas organized and clean.

Why this role
