What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire managers and team members
• manage the team and assign management responsibilities
• oversee training standards and coach staff to drive sales performance
• conduct staff meetings and set goals
• drive business growth and profitability
• resolve member issues promptly
• monitor staff KPI performance
• maintain a clean facility and operational equipment
• oversee payroll and scheduling
• understand club offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization
• monitor compliance with policies and standards
• manage inventory and restocking.

Why this role

Requires at least four years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience, P&L experience, and experience supervising at least 15 employees. CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained within 30 days of hire. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. No travel required.
