Construction Project Manager II

What you'll do

• Manage and review the yearly construction budget
• develop supplier and contractor relationships and seek competitive pricing and in-kind donations
• review invoices, material take-offs, and vendor quotes
• supervise site staff, volunteers, and contractors
• implement per-house construction schedules
• support projects from permit application through occupancy
• maintain construction files and inventory
• oversee tools, trailers, vehicles, and warranty punch-list work
• monitor quality, safety, and code compliance
• order materials
• prepare monthly progress, cost, materials, and staffing reports.
