Technical Product Manager

Job overview

The Technical Product Manager role is hybrid in Milwaukee, WI, with three days onsite, or fully remote for the Minneapolis, MN; Atlanta, GA; and Chicago, IL locations. Compensation is $76–$83 per hour. The role works with product, design, operations, engineering, and other teams to deliver software solutions and product features. The position translates business and user needs into product requirements and guides prioritization and delivery. It supports product development by maintaining roadmaps and backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and balancing new features with technical debt and resiliency.

What you'll do

• Work with engineering and key teams to deliver scalable software solutions. Coordinate with business-line product managers and component teams on roadmaps and feature delivery. Translate business needs, user needs, and technical capabilities into user stories and product specifications
• document acceptance criteria for developers and QA. Apply Agile methods, own team backlogs, and define and prioritize epics, features, user stories, and other development artifacts. Define objective requirements and success criteria
• work with external parties on partnership and licensing opportunities and run beta or pilot programs as described.
