What you'll do

• Develop swim programming and training
• standardize team structures and procedures
• advise and train coaches
• track enrollment, performance, and budgets
• plan competitive aquatic events and related travel
• create age-appropriate workouts
• manage team administration, meet arrangements, and registrations
• oversee assistant coaches and volunteers
• communicate with parents
• and maintain a safe environment.
