The Caregiver role is onsite in Trimble, TN, with pay of $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and routines, follows individualized care plans, and reports changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
